Delete your AppoTo account

Staff and administrators

1. Sign in to AppoTo.
2. Open Settings and choose Account.
3. Select Delete my account.
4. Read the warning and confirm Delete my account.

If you cannot sign in

Email us from the address connected to your AppoTo account. Use the subject “Delete my AppoTo account” and include the business name. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data.

What is deleted

• For an owner deletion: the AppoTo login, workspace access, business profile, team access, clients, appointments, services, notes, consultation forms, uploaded photos, connected-calendar credentials and other workspace data, except records that must be retained as described below.
• For a staff or administrator deletion: that person’s login, workspace access and linked staff profile. The business workspace, clients, services and appointment history remain available to the workspace owner.
• Active authentication sessions and connected sign-in access are revoked as part of the deletion process.

What may be retained

We keep only records that are needed for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention or security. Current maximum retention periods are:

• Account and workspace setup records: up to 3 years after closure.
• Booking and scheduling records: up to 3 years after the appointment date.
• Support and operational communication: up to 2 years after the last communication.
• Security and application logs: normally up to 90 days, or longer when an investigation requires it.
• Accounting and tax records: up to 10 years where Czech law requires it.
• AppoTo AI action audits: up to 12 months. AI chat messages are kept for up to 90 days unless cleared earlier.

Request deletion of specific data

You may request deletion of specific personal data without closing the whole account. Email us from your account address, describe the data you want removed, and include the business name. We will verify the request and explain if a legal retention duty applies.
